Return & Refund Policy (Simplified)
When You Can Request a Refund or Return
1. Order Not Shipped Yet
If we have not shipped your order, you can request a full refund instantly.
2. Order Received but There’s a Problem
You can open a dispute if:
- The product is not as described
- The product is damaged or defective
- The product is late or never shipped
- The product does not match the specifications agreed on
In these cases, you can request:
- Refund only or
- Refund + Return
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Go to Orders → All Orders
- Select your order
- Click Open Dispute
- Choose the problem and whether you want:Refund OnlyReturn & Refund
- Negotiate with us inside the dispute chat
- If returning:Ship the item back (follow our instructions)Upload the tracking number within the allowed time (usually 3 days)
- Refund is processed after we confirms the return has been received
Refunds usually take 1-3 business days after approval.
Important Notes
- If you simply don’t like the item, return may not be accepted.
- You may need to pay return shipping costs unless we are at fault.
- Items that are used, damaged by the buyer, or altered might not be eligible for return.
