Return & Refund Policy (Simplified)

When You Can Request a Refund or Return

1. Order Not Shipped Yet

If we have not shipped your order, you can request a full refund instantly.

2. Order Received but There’s a Problem

You can open a dispute if:

  • The product is not as described
  • The product is damaged or defective
  • The product is late or never shipped
  • The product does not match the specifications agreed on

In these cases, you can request:

  • Refund only or
  • Refund + Return


How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Go to Orders → All Orders
  2. Select your order
  3. Click Open Dispute
  4. Choose the problem and whether you want:Refund OnlyReturn & Refund
  5. Negotiate with us inside the dispute chat
  6. If returning:Ship the item back (follow our instructions)Upload the tracking number within the allowed time (usually 3 days)
  7. Refund is processed after we confirms the return has been received

Refunds usually take 1-3 business days after approval.

Important Notes

  • If you simply don’t like the item, return may not be accepted.
  • You may need to pay return shipping costs unless we are at fault.
  • Items that are used, damaged by the buyer, or altered might not be eligible for return.
